As a professional tennis player taking care of my body is a main priority! I’ve been seeing jamie regularly for a fair few years now, he has always gone above and beyond to make sure I’m leaving with the the right information for my rehab and recovery. Jamie’s professionalism and reassurance when you’re in his clinic is why I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

I highly recommend James for any sports injuries or niggles. His initial treatment, a few years ago, helped me recover quickly from a knee injury and understand better how to prevent future issues.

I’m a Tennis coach so my body has its fare share of wear and tear :)I’ve Been seeing Jamie for many years now, every session I always feel very relaxed as Jamie’s always so calming and friendly, his knowledge and understanding of the body is incredible.The explanations of why it’s happened and how to help my injury moving forward giving clear instructions and advice to aid recovery after our session has finished with exercises to complete.Jamie has worked his magic on my back and shoulders throughout the years and I highly recommend.

I have been to numerous osteopaths over the last 30 years and James is way and above the best one I’ve ever been too. His technique is gentle but always produces good results. I have been visiting him for years now and would never go anywhere else.His covid measures are also excellent.

As an ex professional athlete and now coach, l have had my fair share of injuries and treatments. For some nine years or more l’ve regularly visited Jamie and have complete trust in his diagnosis, treatment and follow up injury prevention advice. He will only treat if he feels he can help and always goes above and beyond with researching areas that can help with recovery, performance and rehab. Jamie’s expertise combined with his professional and caring manner help provide an excellent service which l highly recommend.

I have had many treatments off Jamie over the years and will always return to him when needed. He’s helped me through two back injuries, shoulder dislocation and many other niggles and pains.I 100% trust his judgement when it comes to finding the root cause of my injuries rather than just treating the symptoms (as many others do.)Very professional and knowledgeable service which I would highly recommend.He takes great passion in his work which really shows in the results. I have been seeing Mr Olorenshaw at South East Osteopaths for around 18 yrs or so. As a whole the service and treatments are equally polite, professional, effective and personal. James Olorenshaw in particular has always enabled me to feel confident in the treatments and procedures he has used as he radiates trust, injury sensitivity and positivity. He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at locating and treating the real issue. When I have punished my body, through renovations or sport he has kept me going and in turn improved my overall wellbeing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice.
